About Me

I believe therapy is about getting to know yourself better, which can include unlearning and re-learning ideas and values that we’ve been taught. Many of us have been raised with unrealistic expectations, through our societal, cultural, and familial norms, which can feel like a lot of pressure. Through the therapeutic journey, we can discover what is truly important to you, and how to live a meaningful life that aligns with your values.

Whether you are new to therapy or looking for a new therapist, I know how intimidating and overwhelming it can feel. My goal is to make sure that you feel comfortable and heard and to work alongside you as we work to uncover factors and dynamics that shape your world. I believe it’s important to start with a strong bond of trust in order to understand and meet your needs as an individual. I am committed to meeting you where you are in your journey and seeing the best in you while supporting and challenging you in fostering personal growth and in becoming your best self.
